On behalf of Origin Energy Resources (Kupe) Ltd (OERKL),

we are pleased to offer for sale by Tender a substantial quantity of “end of project”

surplus to requirement Plant & Equipment, including approximately 1,109tonne of

Pipe, Casing and Tubing, much of which is new/unused.

Terms and Conditions of Tender:

• Plant and Equipment is offered on an “as is, where is” basis.
• Highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
• Part offers welcome.
• OERKL Sale and Purchase Agreement applies (download below).
• Inspection is welcome, by appointment only. Contact Industrial Brokers Ltd.
• Mill Certificates are available upon request from Industrial Brokers Ltd.
• Recovery is at the Purchaser’s expense (NB; yard load-out charges apply).
• All items are located in Bell Block, New Plymouth, New Zealand.
